Airless design: maximum preservation
In contradistinction to conventional spray pump bottles, which utilise a straw for dispensing, the PA116 Glass Airless Spray Bottle is equipped with an airless pump that meticulously segregates the air within the bottle from its contents by means of a built-in piston that gradually ascends with use. This design prevents oxidation and contamination, stabilising the active ingredients and providing a better preservation environment for high-end serums, moisturising sprays, toners, and other skincare products. It also greatly extends the shelf life of the products.
Refillable and environmentally friendly design
The PA116 bottle supports inner bottle replacement, allowing new formulations to be refilled by simply replacing the PP inner bottle. This eliminates the need to replace the outer bottle and pump head. This design reduces packaging waste and lowers long-term packaging costs, helping brands to achieve their green packaging goals.
Premium glass outer bottle
The outer bottle is made of high-quality glass, which is heavy duty, frosted or clear, and can be customised with Pantone coloured coatings, foil stamping and screen printing. Compared to other plastic bottles, the glass bottle has a more luxurious visual impact and greatly enhance the product, making them great fit for mid to high-end skincare brands.
